Oracle specialists who became a company
SHA Infotech Solution Pvt. Ltd. started in 2015 with database administrators who wanted to do the work properly — and has grown into a services company and a training institute built on the same conviction.
Our story
Built on production, not presentations
We began as Oracle database specialists — running production systems, remote DBA support and migration projects for businesses in India and abroad. Clients kept asking for the same things: engineers who pick up the phone at night, projects that finish on the agreed scope, and honest advice about the cloud. That is still the whole business model.
In 2015 we opened SHA Career Hub, our training division, because the fastest way to find good engineers was to make them. Its graduates now work at TCS, IBM, Deloitte, PwC and Capgemini — and form the bench behind our staffing and support services. Two companies, one team, one standard.
What we believe
